Another Planet Entertainment wanted to establish a direct-to-fan marketing strategy, including a platform that could integrate with Ticketmaster and TicketWeb. With multiple venues, festivals and a lean marketing team, the solution needed an automated email build process.
Approach
FanMail pulled this off using three critical systems.
- The FanMail Data Exchange Platform ingests, normalizes, and exports Ticketmaster and TicketWeb purchase data.
- The FanMail Email Builder imports event/show data and exports it into the APE email marketing tool ready to deploy.
